Kung-Fu:     White Sash     Beginner     Intermediate     Advanced      Tai Chi Chuan:     Beginner     Intermediate     Advanced Intermediate The intermediate section is split into two parts, Phase I, and Phase II. Green sash through blue-purple sash is considered Phase I. These requirements demand more attention and practice time, therefore students will be testing every four months, instead of three. Phase I During intermediate phase 1, students practice two of the four basic weapons, nan quan, and traditional training.
