Kung-Fu: White Sash Beginner Intermediate Advanced
Tai Chi Chuan: Beginner Intermediate Advanced |
Intermediate
The intermediate section is split into two parts, Phase I, and Phase II. Green sash through blue-purple sash is considered Phase I.
These requirements demand more attention and practice time,
therefore students will be testing every four months, instead of three.
Phase I During intermediate phase 1, students practice two of the four basic weapons, nan quan, and traditional training. The dates of the rotations will change from year to year.

Phase II Intermediate phase II students will be learning the next two basic weapons, also training in mantis and chang quan.
Since the requirements are getting even more demanding as students near black sash level, we only test every six months
so that there is plenty of time to learn and practice.
